Order Your Farm-Fresh Turkey For Thanksgiving!
We’re once again offering 100% pastured Broad Breasted White Turkeys from our friends Jim & Kay Richardson at Richardson Farms in Rockdale, TX. The turkeys will be fresh-frozen, meaning they will be butchered at the farm and immediately frozen.
Who wants another Butterball caged turkey when you can have a bird that’s been raised humanely and locally? Turkeys are available to both members and non-members. Order now, because we’ve only ordered 150 turkeys, and they’ll go quickly!
In order to reserve a turkey, a $30 deposit is required. The remainder will be calculated when we receive them from the farmer. Turkeys will be ready for pickup on Saturday, November 17th at your Urban Acres pickup location.

- $7.00/lb (non-members)

Pastured turkeys at Richardson Farms
Our team personally toured the family farm where one thousand 100% pastured turkeys roam happily. We’ll be offering 150 of these turkeys to you for Thanksgiving this year. The Richardson family has been involved in farming for several generations. They are conservation minded in their farming efforts and care deeply about the health and well-being of their animals. All of their livestock are in large open areas/pastures and are free to interact with each other. We love that.
