6-8 servings

  • 2 cup Brown Cow Plain Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon real salt
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1/2 orange, juiced
  • (cut the zest and juice in half if you don’t prefer the orange flavor)
  • 2 apples, pealed and cubed
  • 2 bananas, pealed and cubed
  • 2 pears, pealed and cubed
  • 1 mango, pealed and cubed

(seasonal berries are great to use as well, and they will add some extra color)

Wash fruit thoroughly

In a bowl, mix Yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Using a zester, zest part of the orange until you have about 1 tablespoon of zest, then add to bowl. Mix thoroughly.

Peal apples, mango, pears and banana. In a serving bowl, add the juice of half an orange. cut the fruit up into small 1/4 sized pieces.  (To cut the mango, carefully cut away the outer flesh from top to bottom, cutting at an arc. Once the flesh is removed, cut it into slices then into small 1/4 size pieces.)

Place the cut fruit into the serving blow with the orange juice. Give it a quick stir, then pour in the yogurt mixture. Mix thoroughly, and serve.
