Pears in Butter Cream Sauce

2 Pears – sliced
1 Tbs farm butter
1 tsp cinnamon, or more to taste
Splash of raw cream, optional

Heat your pan to medium and then add butter.  When the butter has melted, add sliced pears and sprinkle well with cinnamon.  Cook for several minutes until pears have softened a bit and then splash cream on top.

Enjoy as a breakfast side, on top of oatmeal or cream of buckwheat, or as a dessert with ice cream or granola.  No need to add sweetener – they are plenty sweet on their own!
